Daisy says that she saw how the Holy Spirit defragmented into lightnings that were spread all over the earth.
FullProphecy claims that what Daisy saw is from the devil, based on this verse:
KJV Luke 10
18 And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.

ANSWER:
In the Bible it is very common to use the same symbols to represent both the devil and Jesus. They are just analogies that need to be studied, because some characteristics of the symbols used represent Jesus while others represent Satan. For example: the lion, the snake, the goat, the lightning etc.

Both Satan and Jesus are compared to a lion:
KJV 1 Peter 5
8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

KJV Genesis 49
9 Judah is a lion’s whelp: from the prey, my son, thou art gone up: he stooped down, he couched as a lion, and as an old lion; who shall rouse him up?

KJV Revelation 5
5 And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.

Jesus was symbolized by a snake, christians are to be wise as serpents and the devil is called a snake.

KJV John 3
14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:

KJV Matthew 10
16 Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.

KJV Revelation 20
2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,

Both Jesus and the devil are represented by goats.

KJV Leviticus 16
7 And he shall take the two goats, and present them before the LORD at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
8 And Aaron shall cast lots upon the two goats; one lot for the LORD, and the other lot for the scapegoat.
9 And Aaron shall bring the goat upon which the LORD’S lot fell, and offer him for a sin offering.
10 But the goat, on which the lot fell to be the scapegoat, shall be presented alive before the LORD, to make an atonement with him, and to let him go for a scapegoat into the wilderness.

“The great controversy 1888”
It was seen, also, that while the sin – offering pointed to Christ as a sacrifice, and the high priest represented Christ as a mediator, the scape – goat typified Satan, the author of sin, upon whom the sins of the truly penitent will finally be placed. GC88 422.2

The lightning analogies clarified:
KJV Luke 10
18 And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.

Comment: Luke 10:18 is the only verse that seems to compare Satan to lightning. There are many more verses in the Bible associating God with lightnings. There are also verses in which Christ’s physical aspect is compared to lightning and where angels are compared to lightning as well.

(Angels)
KJV Matthew 28
2 And, behold, there was a great earthquake: for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it.
3 His countenance was like lightning, and his raiment white as snow:

(Jesus Christ)
KJV Daniel 10
6 His body also was like the beryl, and his face as the appearance of lightning, and his eyes as lamps of fire, and his arms and his feet like in colour to polished brass, and the voice of his words like the voice of a multitude.
(Lightnings of God)
KJV Psalms 77
18 The voice of thy thunder was in the heaven: the lightnings lightened the world: the earth trembled and shook.

KJV Psalms 97
4 His lightnings enlightened the world: the earth saw, and trembled.

KJV Exodus 19
The Awe-inspiring Presence of God on Mount Sinai
16 And it came to pass on the third day in the morning, that there were thunders and lightnings, and a thick cloud upon the mount, and the voice of the trumpet exceeding loud; so that all the people that was in the camp trembled.

KJV Psalms 135
7 He causeth the vapours to ascend from the ends of the earth; he maketh lightnings for the rain; he bringeth the wind out of his treasuries.

(Christ’s second coming)
KJV Matthew 24
27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

(Holy Spirit is described as lightning)
The lightning flashes of the Holy Spirit have indicated what is truth. Ms34-1906.5

(Lightnings at the throne of God)
KJV Revelation 4
5 And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings and voices: and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.
Testimony from the pioneers in “Advent review and Sabbath herald”
People are struck down in a moment. In one case fifteen individuals were struck down while a man was praying with great earnestness. At another place while one prayed that the Holy Spirit might descend as with fire, a flash of lightning which filled the building at the moment, struck the congregation with awe; and trembling with terror they prostrated themselves upon the floor. Out of 700 there were one hundred convicted. ARSH October 6, 1859, p. 157.19
There are uncommon and singular phenomena attending this work, which characterize it more or less everywhere. Persons are struck in a moment with the most overwhelming sense of sin and danger.
In conclusion, God created the lightning and throughout the Bible and the writings of the Spirit of Prophecy it is attributed to Him. Let us review the verse where the devil is compared to lightning :
KJV Luke 10
18 And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.
Is this verse really comparing Satan to lightning? What happened before the fall of Satan?
KJV Revelation 12
7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
So Satan was cast out, it was not by his power that he fell as lightning, but Michael cast him out with the speed of lightning. So you see, even this verse exemplifies the power of God…. He cast out the devil as lightning.
